Romantic Elopement at the Inn

Romantic Package Includes:
- A two-night stay in our charming Gloucester Suite, with a gourmet breakfast for two each morning
- A pre-ceremony charcuterie board delivered to your suite for a relaxing start to your special day
- Licensed officiant to perform your ceremony and complete your marriage certificate
- On-site wedding planner support including scheduling and logistics, marriage license assistance, ceremony personalization, and return of license to the courthouse
- Your choice of two fresh floral pieces – bouquet & boutonniere, two bouquets, or two boutonnieres
- Intimate ceremony locations available at the pond, garden, porches, or by the fireplace
- Personal photo capture using your phone or camera by a member of our team
- A celebratory wedding toast with a bottle of sparkling wine or juice for two

- Two fresh floral arrangements — your choice of a bouquet and boutonniere, two boutonnieres, or two bouquets
- Vow exchange at your choice of picturesque locations: by the pond, in the garden, on the porches, or beside the fireplace
- One hour of professional photography, with 30 edited images delivered via flash drive or digital download
- A celebratory wedding toast with a bottle of sparkling wine or juice for up to six guests
- Two elegant keepsake champagne flutes

Intimate Wedding Package – Full House Rental Includes:
- Two-night full-property rental – all 6 guest rooms, accommodating up to 12 overnight guests

- Catered light appetizers for in-house guests as they prepare for the celebration

- Personalized guidance from our in-house planner, including coordination of logistics, marriage license assistance, ceremony customization, and courthouse delivery of signed documents

Note: Pricing does not include occupancy or sales tax. Catering for dinners, wine service, tent, table, linen, and chair rentals are all available for an additional fee. Meet the Innkeepers
Erica and Daniel Lumpert
Erica, a New York native, met Daniel, a Swiss national, in 1988 in New York City. Over the next 35 years, they married, raised twins, and shared a love for travel and adventure. Throughout it all, one dream stayed constant: creating a bed and breakfast that offered the warmth and charm of a modern farmhouse experience. After a career in global logistics, Daniel retired, while Erica remained the dynamic force behind a well-known security firm serving the film industry, boutique
hotels, events, and more. Yet the vision of building a retreat never faded—and now, that dream has come to life.
After a B&B internship in Savannah, Daniel and Erica found their dream property in Weaverville in late 2021—a peaceful 1990 farmhouse on 16 acres of rolling hills and pastures. Within a year, it was transformed into a modern farmhouse inn offering rest, charm, and mountain views.
They also partnered with a local farmer to grow seasonal produce on-site, bringing fresh ingredients and farm-to-table flavor to each guest’s stay.
